TWO YEAR WORKMANSHIP

The workmanship warranty begins day one on your mechanical systems with 24 hour emergency service calls we promise to never leave you in the cold.  

10 YEAR STRUCTURAL

Our structural warranty begins on the day of closing,  The 10-year warranty covers the following load-bearing components of a new home:

​

  • Foundation systems and footings,

  • Floor framing systems,

  • Walls and partitions,

  • Roof framing systems,

  • Beams,

  • Headers,

  • Girders,

  • Lintels (other than those supporting veneers),

  • Columns (other than a column that is designed to be cosmetic), and

  • Masonry Arches (other than a column that is designed to be cosmetic).

 My wife and I were first time home builders, therefore were like deer in the headlights for most of the process. Bridger did a great job coaching us through the build and helping us make decisions when we couldn’t seem to make up our minds. He had several of his own ideas we incorporated into our house and great suggestions throughout.  He made the process feel seamless for us, even though he was dealing with the chaos of COVID delays, labor shortages, etc. Even though we started the build in January of 2021, we only had a total of one month of delay for the build. I was very impressed by this considering the difficulties the construction world has been dealing with. In current times, six months of delays seem to be the norm, so we were very happy Bridger was able to keep us on schedule. He was timely, and always available to meet last minute. He felt like our advocate through the whole process, which was invaluable for our peace of mind as we were so inexperienced. I would recommend him to anyone considering building a home. And the house turned out great!
