We had the privilege of working with Bridger Acker on the design and build of our home from 2021 until early 2022. From the design aspect, Bridger was very knowledgeable and helped us make informed decisions on house layout and details within. Being a first-time home builder, we valued his insight and expertise on large scale as well as minute details. There were numerous times that he would foresee a potential issue and bring it to light so that we could make changes ahead of time. In regards to executing the construction project, we were pleased with his follow-through, proactive diligence, attention to detail, and communication with us along the way. Bridger really earned our trust and knew the minute details of our home better than we did despite juggling various projects at once. Halfway through the process, we decided to put in a pool and he gracefully helped us integrate and execute this on time. My wife and I were first-time home builders, therefore were like deer in the headlights for most of the process. Bridger did a great job coaching us through the build and helping us make decisions when we couldn’t seem to make up our minds. He had several of his own ideas we incorporated into our house and great suggestions throughout. He made the process feel seamless for us, even though he was dealing with the chaos of Covid delays, labor shortages, etc. Even though we started the build in January of 2021, we only had a total of one month of delay for the build. I was very impressed by this considering the difficulties the construction world has been dealing with. And the house turned out great!
We found Bridger to be wonderful in all the elements you’d want in a builder. His communication skills were excellent, we always knew what was going on and when time frames and completion dates were always communicated. We were always “in the know” He was organized and reliable and had the plans laid out days before the work was to be completed. He was one step ahead throughout our entire project. Bridger was always available and eager to please, even in the late hours! Bridger knows how to build a lovely home!
